摘要
Abstract
As an important wound care material,polyurethane dressings have good breathability and wet dressing properties that help to promote rapid wound healing and significantly reduce the risk of infection.They have shown a wide range of applications in the treatment of wounds,burns,surgical procedures,and chronic wounds.This article briefly introduces the characteristics of medical polyurethane materials,and describes the research progress of different types of polyurethane dressings in wound care,such as polyurethane nanofibre dressings,polyurethane hydrogel dressings,polyurethane sponge dressings,and foam dressings.By improving the manufacturing process,optimizing the material formulation and introducing new bioactive substances,the performance and application effect of polyurethane dressings are constantly being improved.Finally,future research directions for polyurethane dressings were proposed,including material properties optimization,intelligence and multifunctionality,environmental protection and sustainable development.关键词
