摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To explore the effects of seedling raising and transplanting methods,as well as their combinations,on the physical and chemical properties of fresh tobacco leaves and flue-cured tobacco leaves.[Methods]Zhongyan 100 was used as the test variety,two transplanting methods of ecological deep planting and seedling transplanting under film,and five seedling raising methods of moist seedling raising,shallow water seedling raising,dry-wet alternating seedling raising,non-woven fabric seedling raising and floating seedling raising were treated by two-factor completely randomized treatment.The combined treatment effects of seedling raising and transplanting methods were system-atically analyzed to clarify the effects of different treatments on the physical and chemical components of fresh tobacco leaves and flue-cured tobacco leaves.[Result]The results showed that for fresh tobacco leaves,transplanting method and seedling raising method had interaction effects on most indi-ces.Non-woven seedling raising and shallow water seedling raising had higher β-carotene content and single leaf weight.Ecological deep planting increased the single leaf fresh weight compared with the treatment of seedlings under film.Leaves treated with ecological deep planting combined with shallow water seedling raising showed higher levels of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,leaf surface area,specific leaf weight,total sugar,starch,reducing sugar,and nicotine,with increases of 56.80%,39.74%,16.53%,11.03%,8.03%,8.19%,13.12%,and 3.98%,respectively,compared with floating seedling raising under film.For flue-cured tobacco leaves,the total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitro-gen,nicotine and potassium content of tobacco leaves can be increased by ecological deep planting combined with shallow-water seedling raising and ecological deep planting combined with non-woven seedling raising.Specifically,ecological deep planting combined with non-woven seedling raising increased these components by 10.34%,32.63%,1.19%,2.51%,and 16.38%,respectively,com-pared with the control treatment of floating seedlings under film.The physical and chemical compo-nents of flue-cured tobacco leaves were reduced by principal component analysis,and three principal components were extracted,with a cumulative contribution rate of 78.13%.Among these,sugar-nitrogen ratio,nitrogen-nicotine ratio,reducing sugar,total sugar,sugar-nicotine ratio and nicotine were the indicators that have a greater impact on the principal components.Ecological deep planting combined with shallow water seedling raising and ecological deep planting combined with non-woven seedling raising have higher principal component scores.[Conclusion]Comprehensive analysis of vari-ance and principal component analysis,the combination of different seedling and transplanting meth-ods had an effect on the physical and chemical components of fresh tobacco leaves and flue-cured tobacco leaves.Among them,the combination of ecological deep planting shallow water seedling rais-ing and ecological deep planting non-woven seedling raising significantly improved the physical and chemical indices of fresh tobacco leaves and flue-cured tobacco leaves,and improved the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
