Abstract
According to the"Luohe City Soil and Water Conservation Planning(2016-2030)",Luohe City is located in the Yellow River-Huaihe River alluvial plains,with a single type of terrain——plain area,which is prone to soil erosion.From 2016 to 2024,by simultaneously implementing prevention and protection measures along with comprehensive supervision and actively conducting soil and water conservation publicity and supervision and inspection,a total area of 147.6 hectares of soil erosion has been controlled.The results of soil and water conservation management are remarkable.Taking the soil and water conservation work in 2023 as an example,this paper summarizes the implementation of soil and water conservation planning in Luohe City,analyzes the achievements and problems in the implementation of soil and water conservation planning,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the completion of the planning.关键词
