Abstract
The Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)model has been widely applied in various construction fields such as municipal works,water conservancy,transportation,and architecture,serving as a primary construction mode in the construction industry.While it offers numerous advantages,it also faces complex contract management challenges during project execution.This paper explores and discusses the claim-related issues encountered in EPC project management.By analyzing real-world cases,such as temporary diesel power generation and slag yard modification in a specific EPC construction project,the study investigates practical claim disputes and proposes rationalized solutions and suggestions,so as to provide valuable references for addressing related issues in similar engineering projects.关键词
