摘要
Abstract
This paper intends to enhance the adsorption performance of fly ash zeolite molecular sieves on the dye wastewater.The study consists of selecting the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide-modi-fied fly ash synthetic zeolite(CTAB zeolite);conducting the single-factor experiments by using CTAB ze-olite to adsorb methyl orange simulated dye wastewater;employing the response surface method to opti-mise the removal rate of methyl orange simulated organic wastewater;and predicting the optimal experi-mental conditions by using Design-Expert 13 software.The results show that as the modifier concentration is 15.593 g/L,the modification time is 1.507 h,and as the modification temperature is 40.1℃,the average removal rate of CTAB zeolite across five experiments is 96.842%,which is close to the predicted value,demonstrating the reliability of the optimized process.关键词
