石墨尾矿充填废弃矿井老空区相似模拟实验研究
Study on simulant experiment of graphite tailings backfilling in abandoned mine goafs

Abstract
This paper is an effort to reveal the influence of ultrafine particle content on the particle size distribution,dewatering behavior and consolidation characteristics of the filling body.The study in-volves designing a laboratory-scale water-sand filling simulation device based on similarity theory;and in-vestigating the effects of different ultrafine particle content on the permeability-dewatering performance and the settlement-consolidation behavior of the graphite tailings during goafs backfilling.The results show that the higher ultra-fine particle content leads to the lower dewatering efficiency and lower mass concentration after filling,and along with the increase of the ultrafine content comes a 35.13%decrease of the dewatering rate from 5.01 mL/s to 3.25 mL/s.The fine particles is apt to accumulate in the upper layer of the backfill caused by its slower sedimentation velocity,contributing to uneven internal distribu-tion with 69.47%of particles smaller than 37 μm in the top layer.The increase of fine particle content enhances the packing effect with a denser structure of the backfill,the reduced consolidation compressi-bility and the shrinkage deformation.When the fine content reaches 24%gradually,the compression co-efficient of the filling body under 1 MPa consolidation stress decreases by 53.33%,50%and 57.14%from the upper to the lower layer,respectively.关键词
