不同力系下滚筒截割煤岩载荷转换与关联性解算方法
Load conversion and correlation solving method for drum cutting coal-rock in different force systems

Abstract
Based on the insight that the cutting load of the drum is the basis for the design of shearers and the research on cutting performance,this paper proposes an integral-equivalence quantitative ratio algo-rithm for the load components between the drum and the cutting picks by studying the mathematical de-scriptions and mutual conversion methods of the load definitions under different force systems,and analy-zing the meanings of different definition forms of the shearer drum load.The study works by determining the value range of the load component ratio coefficients based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simula-tion of the loads of the drum and cutting picks;and establishing the relationship between the cutting pick-to-drum load component ratio and the types and arrangements of the cutting picks.The results show that the ratio coefficients Kcy and Kgy of the cutting load to the advancing load for chisel-shaped picks and the drum are both bigger than 1,with the theoretical relationship between them,Kgy=0.785 Kcyobtained through the integral-equivalent discrete summation algorithm,the ratio coefficient Kcy=1.8 to 2.0 by the numerical simulation experiment,and the ratio of the peak mean value of the drum cutting load to the peak mean val-ue of the advancing load Kgy=1.4 to 1.8 with an average of 1.56.The study verifies that the cutting load and the advancing load show a positive proportional relationship with the change of the cutting thickness,and significant differences exist in the ratio relationships of the load components under different types of cutting picks and different working conditions.关键词
