Effects of Biochar Addition on Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Content and Stoichiometric Characteristics in Soil and Plant of Peanut

Abstract
To investigate the effects of different biochar content added to organic fertilizer on the stoichiometric characteristics of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil and plant of peanut,the high-oil and high-yield peanut variety Shanghua21 was used as the experimental material in this study,and the field positioning experiment was carried out for two years.The experiment set blank treatment(CK),organic fertilizer(A1),and on the basis of A1 treatment,four treatments of biochar addi-tion mass fractionas 2.5%(A2),3.0%(A3),3.5%(A4),4.0%(A5)were set up.The effects of biochar treatments on nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content and stoichiometric ratio of soil to plant roots,stems and leaves of peanut were analyzed.The results showed,compared with CK treatment,A4 treatment had the best comprehensive effect on increasing the contents of N,P and K in peanut soil-plant for two con-secutive years.In 2023,the contents of N in soil,roots,stems and leaves under A4 treatment increased by 29.86%,37.74%,75.40%and 29.04%,respectively.P content increased by 72.85%,17.92%,26.33%and 18.14%,respectively.K content increased by 15.88%,39.61%,15.70%and 31.40%,respectively.In 2024,the increase of N content in soil,roots,stems and leaves under A4 treatment was 39.71%,33.36%,75.90%and 33.74%,respectively.P content increased by 83.24%,19.42%,30.90%and 17.92%,respectively.K content increased by 7.32%,37.25%,17.46%and 22.27%,respectively.According to the stoichio-metric ratios of N∶P,N∶K and K∶P,the soil and plant organs of peanut under each treatment were subject to N restriction for two consecutive years,while the addition of biochar could alleviate the N limitation.There is a certain correlation between the soil-plant stoichiometric characteristics of peanut.Soil total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)have a significant effect on the absorption of N elements in the roots,stems and leaves of plant,soil total potassium(TK)has a significant effect on the absorption of P and K elements in the roots,stems and leaves of plant,and soil N/P,N/K and K/P have a more significant effect on the utilization efficiency of K element nutrient in the roots and stems.In conclu-sion,the A4 treatment with 3.5%addition amount of biochar for two consecutive years had the best effect in increasing the contents of N,P and K in soil-plant roots,stems and leaves.The addition of biochar can effectively alleviate the soil-plant N restriction condition and eliminate the restriction of K element on root organ.Among the treatments,effect of A4 is the best.关键词
