Abstract
This article provides a detailed interpretation on the newly revised agricultural industry standards of Peanuts for Oil and Peanuts for Food,expounding the revision background and analyzing changes in various aspects including terms and definitions,sensory indicators,physicochemical indica-tors,safety parameters,and inspection rules.The analysis aims to offer references for understanding and applying the updated standards.The implementation of the new standards is expected to promote the standardization in the peanut industry,enhance the product quality,safeguard the consumer rights,and provide important guide for the sustainable development of the peanut industry.关键词
