Abstract
To enhance the accuracy and reliability of rock shear wave testing and provide technical support for rock mechanics research in civil engineering,this study is based on acoustic wave testing methods from Code for rock tests in water and hy-dropower projects(SL/T 264-2020)and Specification for highway engineering geophysical prospecting(JTG/T 3222-2020).It thoroughly compares shear and longitudinal wave testing and proposes a new shear wave testing method using shear wave standard blocks.The deviation between the test results of transverse and longitudinal wave velocity and the theoretical value were 0.46%~3.96%and 0.21%~3.46%respectively,which were within the allowable range and meet the requirements of en-gineering application.The research showed that the introduction of shear wave standard block could effectively guarantee the accuracy of rock shear wave test and provide assistance for the accurate acquisition of rock mechanics parameters.关键词
