Probing into the syndrome differentiation and treatment of anorectal diseases based on the theory of"kidney dryness and dysfunction"
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"kidney dryness and dysfunction"originates from Zhou Shenzhai'ss Posthumous Writings:Diarrhea,and its original meaning refers to the insufficient kidney yin leading to the dysfunction of opening and closing of the two lower orifices,resulting further in diarrhea.Zhang Dongfu noted that"dryness leads to cracking and scarring",and applied it to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of spermatorrhea,enuresis and other disorders of opening and discharge,believing that"dryness"is prone to causing"cracking".Common anorectal diseases such as diarrhea,anal fissures,and complications of perianal surgical wounds are related to the kidney in terms of location and similar to"its dysfunction"in terms of symptoms.However,few have made a systematic discussion on the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of anorectal diseases based on the theory of"kidney dryness and dysfunction".This article begins with discussing the symptom characteristics of three common anorectal diseases such as diarrhea,anal fissures,and perianal surgical wounds,refers to similar viewpoints of ancient and modem medical experts,works out evidence in modem clinical practices and related pharmacological mechanism research,and elaborates the application value of the theory of"kidney dryness and dysfunction"in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of anorectal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.The theory focuses on examining the pathogeneses such as deficiency of kidney yin,damages of meridians and collaterals,and malnutrition of the skin,and often adopts therapeutic methods such as nourishing the kidney,moistening dryness,tonifying yin,and nourishing blood,providing new ideas and methods for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of anorectal diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
