从"脾为之卫"探讨糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症辨治思路
Discussion on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic pruritus based on the theory of"spleen acting as the guard for the five zang viscera and six fu viscera"
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic pruritus is a common complication of diabetes,and its occurrence is closely related to the spleen,lung,and kidney.The key to the coordination of these three organs lies in the spleen,making the treatment of diabetic pruritus from the perspective of the spleen central to the therapy.This article,based on the theory of"the spleen as the protector",combined with the functions of the spleen in traditional Chinese medicine(including transportation,transformation,ascending clear,and consolidating body resistance)and the modem theories of mucosal immunity and gut microbiota,analyzes the pathogenesis of diabetic pruritus caused by the spleen's failure to protect the body.The treatment principle is to regulate and protect the spleen,using methods to strengthen,invigorate,and warm the spleen to restore the spleen's protective function and maintain the health of the gut-skin axis,thereby improving the skin symptoms.This study is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of diabetic pruritus.关键词
