基于态靶辨治理论探讨绝经综合征诊疗策略
Strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of menopausal syndrome based on the theory of state-target syndrome differentiation and treatment

Abstract
Treatment based on state-target syndrome differentiation is an innovative theory proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin based on clinical practice.The study applies this theory to the diagnosis and treatment of menopausal syndrome(MPS),suggesting that the disease be divided into two stages:a"deficiency"state and a"dysfunction"state.In the deficiency state,its prominent manifestation is the deficiency of qi and blood in the Chong and Ren meridians,and the modified Danggui Buxue Decoction is selected to benefit qi,nourish blood and tonify deficiency.In the disorder state,the disease is characterized by the depletion of kidney essence and the imbalance of yin and yang,and the Erxian Decoction is selected in combination with milkvetch root and unprocessed rehmannia root to nourish yin,warm yang and mildly regulate cold and heat.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,symptoms and biochemical indicators such as increased urine white blood cells are also taken as targets,and target formulas and herbs are selected for treatment,having good clinical efficacy.关键词
