Exploring the construction of ovarian cancer syndrome differentiation and treatment system based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of states and targets

Abstract
Ovarian cancer has a high mortality rate,while its diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine focus more on its symptoms but lack grasp of its pathogenesis evolution and physicochemical indicators.Academician Tong Xiaolin proposes the theory of syndrome differentiation of states and targets,introducing a precision syndrome differentiation and treatment model integrating macro state regulation and micro symptom and biochemical indicator targeting based on syndrome differentiation,which has been widely applied in treating various cancers.Guided by this theory,this article combines the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of ovarian cancer,dividing the disease course into four states:"stagnation,dampness,stasis,and deficiency",and conducting syndrome differentiation of varying states.At the same time,the study formulates core prescriptions,screening drugs correspondingly for biochemical indicator targets and symptom targets.In this way,the disease is treated based on syndrome differentiation of specific states,and its states and targets are co-regulated.This paper preliminarily constructs a state-target syndrome differentiation system for ovarian cancer,and is supposed to provide a precise TCM treatment model for the disease.关键词
