基于态靶辨治理论探讨糖尿病及其并发症的诊疗策略
Diagnosis and treatment strategies for diabetes and its complications based on the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment

Abstract
Treatment based on state-target differentiation is a novel diagnosis and treatment paradigm that integrates Chinese medicine with modem medicine.Using the theory as a guide,combined with the TCM diagnosis and treatment theories and methods for diabetes and its complications,this paper categorizes the disease into an obesity pattern(Pidan)and an emaciation pattern(Xiaodan)according to the patients'body mass,and its natural progression into four phases(states):depression,heat,deficiency,and impairment.Integrating its states and targets in the treatment,core prescriptions are worked out for its different phases(states),and the prescriptions are accordingly modified for the other syndromes and symptoms in varying phases,with a remarkable clinical effect to be achieved.This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment strategies for diabetes and its complications based on the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment,aiming to provide a new diagnosis and treatment mode and reference for the clinical treatment of diabetes and its complications.关键词
