胡元会分期论治心房颤动经验
Professor Hu Yuanhui's experience in the treatment of atrial fibrillation
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Hu Yuanhui in his treatment of atrial fibrillation from the perspective of"qi,fire,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency".He believes that the disease is often characterized by a syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess,with its pathological evolution following a certain pattern.In the early stage,the stagnation of liver qi and the disturbance of the heart by the fire are usually the root causes of its onset.As the disease progresses,obstructed phlegm-qi and internal generation of static blood constitute its manifestations.If the disease persists over time and cannot be cured,the syndrome of the disease can easily be transformed from excess to deficiency,leading to the deficiency of the liver and kidney,and the consumption of yin impairing yang.In the process of clinical treatment,it is supposed to follow the overall principle of"treating deficiency syndromes with tonifying methods and treating excess syndromes with purgative methods".In the early stage,it is necessary to disperse the liver and regulate qi,clear fire and relieve depression to treat its root causes,and then to dissipate phlegm and eliminate pathogens,promote blood circulation for removing stasis to treat its manifestations.As the disease changes in its nature,it can be treated by nourishing the liver and kidney,warming yang and calming palpitations to rectify its transmission.The entire treatment process should focus on mildly regulating the yin and yang of zang-fu viscera,harmonizing and activating qi,blood,and body fluids.Medication should be closely aligned with pathogenesis,balancing cold and heat,being modified according to corresponding syndromes,and adjusting yin and yang in accordance with varying properties of drugs,in order to achieve significant therapeutic effects.关键词
