Li Xinhui's experience in the treatment of chest impediment and heart pain based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of yingfen and xuefen
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the experience of Li Xinhui in the treatment of chest impediment and heart pain based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of yingfen and xuefen.The theory was proposed by Ye Tianshi,a master of warm diseases in the Qing Dynasty,as a guideline for syndrome differentiation in warm diseases and an effective method for guiding clinical practices.According to the characteristics of the occurrence and attacks of unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,Li Xinhui prevents angina pectoris attacks from three aspects:eliminating pathogenic factors,harmonizing vessels,and preventing blood stasis,based on the syndrome differentiation of yingfen and xuefen in warm diseases.The pathogeneses of the disease are perceived as stasis-heat and toxin congestion,and toxin damage to the heart nutrient phase.Its treatment is based on modifications of formulas such as Qingying Decoction,Sanjia Fumai Decoction,and Danshen Tongluo Jiedu Decoction to clear heat,cool the blood,detoxify,nourish yin,and relieve pain by harmonizing heart meridians.关键词
