金实"无热即是寒"理论辨治类风湿性关节炎经验
Jin Shi's experience in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis based on the theory of"no heat manifestations being equivalent to cold manifestations"
摘要
Abstract
This article introduces Professor Jin Shi's experience and representative cases in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis based on the theory of"no heat manifestations being equivalent to cold manifestations".It is believed that rheumatoid arthritis belongs to the category of"impediment",and its basic pathogenesis is the impediment of qi and blood in meridians,and the deficiency of vital qi accounts for the key to the onset of the disease,and the invasion of external pathogens constitutes an important factor in the onset of the disease.Jin Shi believes that it is essential,in the clinical treatment of this disease,first to identify cold manifestations or heat manifestations.If there are no obvious heat manifestations,a cold manifestation can thus be affirmed.She treats cold or heat identification as the basis of clinical treatment principle,and treats the disease with the appropriate therapies,usually achieving a remarkable clinical outcome.关键词
