知识产权示范城市政策促进企业数字技术创新了吗?
Does the Intellectual Property Demonstration City Policy Promote Enterprises' Digital Technology Innovation?Evidence from Chinese Manufacturing Listed Companies

Abstract
Taking A-share manufacturing listed companies in China from 2011 to 2023 as the research objects,this study uses a multi-period difference-in-differences model to empirically test the impact of intellectual property demonstration city policy on digital technology innovation.The research findings show that the intellectual property demonstration city policy effectively incentivizes enterprises' digital technology innovation,and this conclusion remains valid after parallel trend tests and placebo tests.The policy primarily promotes digital technology innovation in enterprises by increasing R&D investment and enhancing the human capital level.Heterogeneity analysis finds that the policy has a more significant promoting effect on large enterprises,growth stage enterprises,and enterprises in regions with higher levels of digital infrastructure.The research results have enriched the theoretical connotation of innovation-driven development and provided empirical evidence for optimizing the intellectual property policy system and implementing differentiated digital technology innovation support programs.关键词
