人文经济与旅游业协同发展的逻辑机制与实现路径
The Logical Mechanism and Pathways for Coordinated Development of Humanistic Economy and Tourism

Abstract
Driven by globalization and consumption upgrading,the tourism industry is undergoing a structural transformation from scale expansion to quality leap.From the theoretical perspective of humanistic economy,this paper systematically explains its internal logic,mechanism framework and realization pathways for coordinated development with tourism.The study finds that the humanistic economy does not merely"empower"the tourism industry in a one-way manner;instead,there is a four-dimensional synergy mechanism involving culture,technology,talent,and institutions:cultural synergy reshapes the connotation of tourism products through resource sharing and value co-creation;technology synergy enhances service intelligence and experience immersion through the integration of data,algorithms,and scenarios;talent synergy stimulates innovation vitality through capacity building and flexible mobility;and institutional synergy optimizes industrial ecology with multi-level rules and flexible governance.The interaction of these four mechanisms promotes the tourism industry from"physical superposition"to"chemical integration",achieving high-quality sustainable development.On this basis,an exploratory"culture-technology-talent-institution"full-chain practice path is proposed,which includes constructing a closed loop of"resource-product-dissemination"with cultural intellectual property(IP),establishing a"technology-scenario-standard"system with technical standards,perfecting the"training-mobility-incentive"mechanism with diversified incentives,and improving the"policy-market-standard"framework with policy innovation.It is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the practice of humanistic economy and tourism,and help the deep coordination and high-quality development practice of humanistic economy and tourism.关键词
