Data Elements Empowering Breakthrough Innovation in Manufacturing Enterprises:An Analysis Framework Based on"Technology-Product-Process"

Abstract
Breakthrough innovation is the core driving force for enterprises to achieve technological progress and gain competitive advantages,and the continuous innovation and evolution of production factors have become the key force driving the development of enterprise innovation.By systematically reviewing the evolution of breakthrough innovation elements in enterprises since the reform and opening up,it is found that they have roughly gone through the evolution of technological elements,financial elements,talent elements,and data elements.Based on innovation theory and dynamic capability theory,a theoretical framework of"technological innovation-product innovation-process innovation"is constructed,and the impact of data elements on breakthrough innovation in manufacturing enterprises is analyzed by the use of their new characteristics.On this basis,the main modes of data element empowerment for breakthrough innovation in enterprises are summarized,including the management empowerment mode brought by digital management,the design empowerment mode brought by interactive sharing,the service empowerment mode brought by platform operation,and the spatial empowerment mode brought by spatial ecology,which leads to the practical path of empowering data elements,namely using public data to promote enterprise technological innovation,using user data to achieve enterprise product innovation,and using enterprise data to reshape enterprise process innovation.关键词
