宿迁市住院病人压力性损伤现患率横断面调查与分析
Prevalence of pressure injuries among inpatients in Suqian city:a cross-sectional survey and analysis

Abstract
Objectives:To investigate the status quo,occurrence characteristics,and prevalence trends of pressure injuries(PI)among inpatients in Suqian city and to provide a basis for implementing appropriate preventive measures.Methods:A skin survey was conducted on inpatients in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Suqian city at 8:00 AM on November 16,2023.Two nurses simultaneously examined the patients'skin to detect the presence of PI.Results:A total of 8,532 inpatients were surveyed,and 8,231 valid questionnaires were collected.The prevalence rate of PI was 1.04%,and the prevalence rate of hospital-acquired pressure injury(HAPI)was 0.22%.The prevalence rate of PI in adults was 1.04%,and the prevalence rate of PI in minors was 0%.The prevalence rate of PI in secondary hospitals was 0.61%,and the prevalence rate of HAPI was 0.07%.The prevalence rate of PI in tertiary hospitals was 0.44%,and the prevalence rate of HAPI was 0.13%.The prevalence rate of PI in general hospitals was 0.94%,and the prevalence rate of HAPI was 0.17%.The prevalence rate of PI in specialized hospitals was 0.11%,and the prevalence rate of HAPI was 0.04%.The sites of PI were the sacrum(65.12%),the iliac crest(11.63%),and the heel(3.5%).PI occurred in a single site(73.26%),and in two or more sites(26.74%).In terms of injury stage,the prevalence rate was stage 1(18.6%),stage 2(39.5%),stage 3(9.3%),stage 4(10.5%),and unstageable(10.5%).Deep tissue injury was 2.3%,and multi-stage injury coexisted in 9.3%.Logistic regression analysis showed that a Braden score≤16,age,and hypoproteinemia were independent risk factors for PI.Conclusion:An information-based hospital-community collaborative model could be developed for PI prevention in Suqian city.Longitudinal research analyzing could be used for the influencing factors and outcomes of PI,in order to develop the collaborative prevention and treatment strategies within and beyond the hospital setting.Furthermore,further investigation could be conducted to examine the impact of different caregivers on PI.It would be more meaningful to implement PI prevention measures according to knowledge and skill needs of different caregiver groups.关键词
