老年前列腺增生病人术后中重度疼痛的影响因素分析
Analysis of factors influencing postoperative moderate to severe pain in elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the factors influencing postoperative moderate to severe pain in elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and to provide scientific basis for the development of preventive nursing care.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 214 elderly patients after benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery in the Department of Urology of a tertiary grade A hospital in Guilin City from October 2022 to September 2024,including general information,postoperative pain assessment and nursing records.The influencing factors were analyzed based on whether moderate to severe pain occurred after the operation.Results:Among the 214 patients,the incidence of moderate to severe postoperative pain was 29.4%,mainly moderate pain.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age 70～79 years old,transurethral laser resection of the prostate,and combined with other chronic diseases were risk factors for moderate to severe pain after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of moderate to severe postoperative pain in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is closely related to factors such as age,surgical methods,and the presence of other chronic diseases.Targeted intervention measures can help reduce the incidence of moderate to severe postoperative pain,promote rapid recovery of patients and improve their quality of life.关键词
