Abstract

Laser cleaning is an efficient and environmentally friendly technology for cleaning surface coatings.By coupling the multiple physical fields between the laser and the coating material,the coating rapidly decomposes and detaches from the surface to be removed,achieving efficient removal of the coating to be removed.But because the coating to be removed causes random damage during manufacture or service,there is a problem of substrate damage or uncleanness in cleaning with fixed laser parameters.Therefore,it is particularly important to achieve closed-loop optimized adjustment of laser cleaning parameters and intelligent control of equipment by real-time monitoring of surface topography,spatial shape and position characteristics,damage status,and cleaning processes and effects of coatings to be removed,and feedback these key information to the control system.At present,laser cleaning research is dominated by mechanisms,lacking intelligent target identification and feedback control mechanisms,which make it difficult to accomplish the task of removing multi-layer heterogeneous coatings with non-uniform random damage.Scholars have continually fused cutting-edge theories such as machine vision and artificial intelligence with laser cleaning technology,driving it further towards more efficient and intelligent directions.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research progress of laser cleaning technology in recent years,such as offline detection technology,online monitoring technology of removal process,and autonomous path planning technology of laser cleaning equipment.
