摘要

Abstract

To improve the welding quality of thick steel plates in steel structure buildings,a study was conducted on the influence of pulse tungsten inert gas welding process parameters on the mechanical properties of 25mm thick steel plate welded joints.This study focuses on a 25mm thick 05CuPCrNi weathering steel plate specimen and investigates its effects from four aspects:pulse frequency,welding current,welding speed,and duty cycle.The test results show that when the pulse frequency is 1Hz,the welding current is 200A,the welding speed is 450mm/min,and the duty cycle is 50%,the mechanical indicators of the welded joint reach the optimal level,and the application effect is better.
