摘要

Abstract

P355NL1 steel has good plasticity,toughness and weldability,and is an ideal material for subway bogies.For medium and heavy plate structural parts such as bogies,MAG multi-layer welding is generally used for connection.This welding method has the characteristics of large heat input,high energy utilization,low cost and few porosity defects.However,the change of heat input affects the change of grain and temperature field of multilayer weld structure,and because the complex thermal cycling process is difficult to observe by experimental means,numerical simulation of temperature field is an important means to explore the thermal process.In this paper,the welding test and temperature field simulation research are carried out for the MAG multi-layer welding of typical T-shaped structure of P355NL1 steel rail vehicle bogie.The analysis shows that the bottom weld has undergone multiple thermal cycles,and the welding of the rear weld will have the effect of heat treatment on the front weld,so that the rear weld has a fine grain effect on the heat-affected zone of the front layer,and it is found that with the increase of welding current and the decrease of welding speed,the weld melting width and penetration depth will increase accordingly.
