Abstract
In response to the national water conservation and emission reduction policies,and to enhance water efficiency of industrial enterprises,a ultra-supercritical wet cooling unit of power plant use Ganjiang River water as make-up water source of circulating cooling water system,through limit carbonate hardness,dynamic cycle simulation,sterilization performance and pharmaceuticals compatibility test,a collaborative optimization control scheme for high concentration ratio of circulating wa-ter system is proposed.The results show that,circulating water system can operate safely and stably with high concentration ratio(7 times)through the collaborative control process using sulfuric acid(control pH=8.0-8.3),JTNY-001 scale and corro-sion inhibitor(with continuous dosing concentration of 8 mg/L),and oxidizing bactericide(with impact dosing concentration of 100 mg/L),non-oxidizing bactericide(with impact dosing concentration of 50 mg/L),the corrosion rate of TP304 stainless steel is 0.001 4-0.002 1 mm/a,fouling thermal resistance of heat exchange tubes is 1.353 2×10-4m2·K/W,and the adhesion rate is 5.286 3 mg/(cm2·month),and the total bacterial count(≤1×105 cells/mL)meets the requirements of GB/T 50050-2017"Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treat"standard.The average water saving rate and water saving amount are 54.7%and 1.184 million m3/a respectively after optimization.关键词
