低碳城市更新背景下固废基地聚物的工程应用进展
Progress in Engineering Applications of Solid Waste-based Geopolymers under the Background of Low-Carbon Urban Renewal

Abstract
To address the dual challenges of solid-waste management and the decarbonization of building materials in urban renewal,this study evaluates the applicability and environmental benefits of solid-waste-based geopolymers in typical engi-neering scenarios.We systematically compile representative engineering and experimental data on their use in ground impro-vement,protection of underground structures,road base stabilization,prefabricated building components,and contaminated-soil remediation;conduct benchmarking analyses on comparable indicators;and explore models and strategies for industrial-scale deployment.The findings indicate that:1)the mechanical properties of solid-waste-based geopolymer materials meet the requirements of the corresponding scenarios,with compressive strength in some systems reaching or exceeding that of cement-based control groups;2)with respect to chloride penetration,sulfate attack,freeze-thaw resistance,and high-tempera-ture performance,they perform no worse than-and often better than-traditional cement controls;and 3)multiple studies report lower carbon emissions than ordinary Portland cement,with the added advantage of enabling resource recycling.Solid-waste-based geopolymers are therefore a feasible alternative and an important complement to cement in urban renewal.They can serve as candidate low-carbon binders.we recommend standardized pilot demonstrations and the development of supporting codes/specifications in the priority scenarios above,advanced in tandem with an industrialization model that couples solid-waste management with engineering applications.关键词
