夏晓健治疗妊娠合并湿疹的临床经验
Clinical Experience of XIA Xiaojian in the Treatment of Eczema in Pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Eczema in pregnancy is a type of eczema occurring in a specific population.Currently,it is generally believed that this disease is caused by pathogenic factors such as wind,dampness,heat,and parasites invading the skin,leading to disharmony between qi and blood;alternatively,it may result from blood deficiency generating wind and dryness,which deprives the skin of nourishment.XIA Xiaojian argued that the etiological factors of eczema in pregnancy are"deficiency","dampness",and"wind",with internal dampness,stagnated heat,and wind invasion as its main pathogenic mechanisms.Spleen-stomach weakness is common in pregnancy-related diseases:a deficient spleen leads to internal generation of dampness pathogen,which may transform into heat after long-term stagnation.Meanwhile,wind pathogen easily invades the body's skin surface,stirring up internal dampness-heat pathogen to manifest on the muscular interstices,thereby causing eczema.Adopting the therapeutic principle of strengthening the spleen,dispelling wind,eliminating dampness,and concurrently clearing heat to stabilize the fetus,XIA Xiaojian takes Erchen Decoction combined with Xiaofeng Powder as the basic prescription.He administers treatment based on syndrome differentiation in clinical practice,often achieving favorable curative effects.关键词
