经验方治疗湿热下注证宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床研究
Clinical Research on the Treatment of Cervical High-risk Human Papillomavirus Infection with Damp-Heat Syndrome with Empirical Prescription

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of empirical prescription in the treatment of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection with damp-heat syndrome.Methods:Ninety patients with high-risk HPV infection admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to November 2023 were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b supposit,and the observation group was treated with empirical formula based on the control group.The efficacy,negative conversion rate of HPV,TCM syndrome score,serum inflammatory factor index,immune function index,adverse reaction and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and negative conversion rate of HPV in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,IL-6,IL-8 and CD8+levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and CD4+and IL-2 levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions and recurrence rate between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The empirical prescription is effective in the treatment of high risk cervical HPV infection with dampness and heat,can improve the negative rate of high risk HPV,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,improve immune indexes,and has good safety.关键词
