Abstract
As"virtual family members"in the household context,nursery nurses are typical representatives of emotional labor-intensive occupations.Their professional practice not only encompasses the physical care and early childhood education of infants but also requires sustained emotional investment to build a trust-based bond with the employer's family.However,the current group of nursery nurses generally faces the dilemma of emotional labor alienation,which is prominently manifested in problems such as emotional exhaustion,fractured professional identity,and depletion of emotional energy.Based on Hochschild's emotional labor theory framework,this study combines field observations and institutional analysis in the context of Chinese localization to systematically deconstruct the multi-dimensional drivers of nannies'emotional exhaustion.Breaking away from the traditional dualistic perspective of"capital-labor"opposition,the study instead focuses on the organizational empowerment function of domestic service enterprises.Drawing on the specific practices of the surveyed enterprises,it proposes a full-cycle intervention path including pre-service competence reserve,in-service psychological support,and post-service value activation,and summarizes feasible strategies for alleviating occupational burnout and restoring emotional energy.关键词
