Abstract
In order to meet the demand for high-efficiency power management in modern military electronic equipment,this paper aims at the issue of low efficiency in synchronous Buck converters operating stably under discontinuous conduction mode(DCM)load conditions to propose an improved pulse frequency modulation meth-od,and then relies on the Buck converter with improved pulse frequency modulation to design the zero-crossing detection module.Simulation results are shown as below:The proposed method achieves lower power consump-tion while maintaining system stability.Within the light-load range,the converter can output the target voltage of 1.8 V,and the conversion efficiency of the Buck converter can reach 92.4%under a light load with a 10 mA load current,which is 30.32%higher than the structure of the traditional PWM mode control method.关键词
