摘要

Abstract

The traditional productivity theory holds that the historical result of social production practice ability is laborer and labor means,which is included in the two dimensions of quantity and quality.Under the new round of scientific and technological revolution,the most concentrated embodiment of the development dilemma of traditional productive forces is the factor problem caused by scientific and technological innovation,and the cultivation and development problems of emerging industries and future industries caused by the factor problem.Therefore,the traditional productivity theory of two dimensions needs to be further examined from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation.In order to expand and deepen the traditional theory of productive forces,investigate the new quality productive forces from the three dimensions of"quantity,quality and new",and the concept of scientific and technological innovation of new quality productive forces is established.The practical value of new quality productive forces enabling technological innovation is reflected in:It is beneficial to construct the evaluation mechanism and target mechanism of the first productive force of science and technology,realizing new quality productive forces to empower emerging industries and future industries;It is conducive to enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovation and realizing the innovation and transcendence of Chinese-style modernization;It is conducive to improving China's scientific and technological innovation system and implementing the innovation-driven development strategy.
