校企合作经验视角下高校专利转化价值评价研究
A Study on the Valuation of University Patent Commercialization from the Perspective of University-Industry Collaboration Experience

Abstract
University-industry collaboration facilitates the alignment of universities with market demands,significantly increasing the industrialization rate of university patents,and is one of the key factors influencing the conversion of university patents.Existing patent valuation methods overlook the impact of university-industry collaboration on the conversion value of university patents,and a comprehensive theoretical explanatory framework has not yet been formed.Based on the theory of collaborative innovation among industry,academia,and research,this study constructs a method for evaluating the conversion value of university patents.By fully leveraging the mapping capability and autonomous learning of the BP neural network,principal component analysis(PCA)and genetic algorithm(GA)are employed for data dimensionality reduction and global optimization of network thresholds.Through comparative experiments,the proposed model achieves an average prediction accuracy of 96.91%on the test set,demonstrating its effectiveness in enhancing the convergence speed and recognition accuracy of neural networks.This study provides a new perspective for the evaluation of university patents,making the evaluation method more scientific and rigorous.While promoting the conversion of university patents,it improves the efficiency of university-industry collaboration and provides a scientific evaluation framework and technical support for patent transfer decisions between universities and enterprises.关键词
