数字化与服务化多维度融合驱动制造企业绩效提升研究
A Study of Multi-Dimensional Integration of Digitalization and Servicization Driving Performance Improvement of Manufacturing Enterprises:Based on fsQCA Group Analysis

Abstract
Due to the diversity of digitalization and the difference of servitization,the integration of digitalization and servitization brings opportunities to manufacturing enterprises and makes them face challenges.Based on 277 samples and using the fsQCA method,the relationship between digital and service-oriented integration and the performance of manufacturing enterprises in different subdivision dimensions was analyzed in a configuration analysis,and 4 high-performance configuration paths and 3 low-performance configuration paths were obtained.The results show that in manufacturing enterprises,digital operation,digital customers,digital employees,digital products,lubrication services,adaptive services,and alternative services are not necessary conditions for the realization of high performance,and the integration of digital operation and alternative services and lubrication services shows a significant correlation with the high performance of manufacturing enterprises,and when it is missing as a core condition,it is easy to lead to low performance of manufacturing enterprises.The conclusions of this study provide a theoretical value reference for promoting the multi-dimensional integration and development of digitalization and servitization of manufacturing enterprises.关键词
