Realistic Logic,Facing Difficulties and Practical Path of Developing New Quality Productive Forces from Global Perspective in China

Abstract
The world is undergoing unprecedented changes not seen in a century today.The uncertainty of international dynamics and the evolution of economic structures present new challenges to the development of new quality productive forces.This paper aims to explore the development challenges and practical paths for new quality productive forces in the context of global transformations in China.First,it examines the historical transition from globalization to de-globalization as the backdrop for the development of new quality productive forces and clarifies the current global economic situation.Second,it discusses the significant role of new quality productive forces in reshaping global value chains,driving the green transformation of the global economy,and promoting international technological collaboration and resource sharing.The paper identifies four major challenges to the development of new quality productive forcesin China:technological blockades and trade barriers,gaps in cultivating and attracting high-level talent,disconnections between domestic and international economic cycles,and the pressures of green transformation.Finally,the paper proposes practical pathways for advancing new quality productive forces under the new global economic landscapein China.These include enhancing independent innovation to overcome technological blockades,deepening international cooperation to stabilize global industrial chains,establishing tightly integrated dual-cycle mechanisms,and addressing green transformation pressures to promote sustainable development.These strategies aim to provide strategic guidance for the development of new quality productive forces in China and globally,fostering economic stability and sustainable growth.关键词
