摘要

Abstract

This paper investigates the problem of balanced production and tracking market demand of the multi-line re-entrant manufacturing system under a complex industrial production scene.Firstly,a nonlinear hyperbolic partial differ-ential equation is constructed to describe the complex dynamic behavior of the multi-line re-entrant manufacturing system based on continuum modeling method.Secondly,considering that it is difficult to directly obtain all the state of the system in the complex production scene,a fuzzy observer is designed to observe the state of the re-entrant manufacturing system under the premise of the existence of the fuzzy approximation error and a fuzzy dynamic controller is designed to ensure the production stability and tracking market demand of the re-entrant manufacturing system.The designed dynamic controller has certain robustness.In addition,this paper proposes an algorithm to approximately solve the observer and controller gains such that the synthesis problem of the controller is completed.Finally,a numerical example verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the state observation and fuzzy dynamic control for the multi-line re-entrant manufacturing system.
