摘要

Abstract

Continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)is a common reaction vessel in chemical process industry.In order to further improve the dynamic and static performance of CSTR system,this paper proposes a sliding mode control based on predefined time for a class of CSTR system with unknown disturbance.In order to make the CSTR system stable within the preset time and release the constraint of the initial state of the system on the stability time,the display relationship between the system stability time and the control parameters is established based on the predefined time control theory;In order to reduce chattering of sliding mode controller,tanh function is used instead of sgn function to design control law;MATLAB simulation experiment is used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed control scheme;Compared with the existing finite time control method,the simulation results verify the superiority of the design method in this paper.The research results show that the method in this paper has stronger anti-disturbance ability and faster convergence speed while maintaining good static performance.
