儿童龋病综合防治对龋病发病及相关因素影响的分析
Analysis of the impact of comprehensive prevention and treatment of childhood caries on caries incidence and related factors

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the impact of long-term comprehensive prevention and treatment of childhood caries on caries incidence and related factors.Methods:A total of 544 children aged 3～11 years who visited our hospital from 2019 to 2022 were selected and divided into high-,medium-,and low-risk groups based on caries risk assessment.Each group received different comprehensive caries prevention programs accordingly.Results:The baseline total caries prevalence of the participating children was 76.84%,and the incidence of caries was 25.55%after 3 years,with the average number of new caries in each group reduced by approximately 3(P<0.001).Meanwhile,the caries activity of children in all groups de-creased significantly(P<0.05),with the reduction effect more obvious in older children and relatively poor in the high-risk group.Both dietary habits and oral hygiene improved significantly(P<0.05),with more obvious improvement in older chil-dren and less improvement in the high-risk group.Gender had no significant impact on the changes of the above factors.Con-clusion:Long-term comprehensive caries prevention and treatment in children can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries.It can also improve dietary habits,oral hygiene,and caries activity,the extent of these improvements is influenced by age and baseline caries risk levels.For high-risk children,it is essential to strengthen multi-faceted education and guidance for both families and schools to enhance the effectiveness of prevention and treatment.关键词
