浓缩生长因子在牙髓再生治疗中的疗效研究
Clinical efficacy of concentrated growth factors in regenerative endondotic treatment

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of concentrated growth factor inregenerative endondotic treat-ment for pulp necrosis of immature permanent teeth with or without periapical periodontitis.Methods:Forty cases of pulp necrosis of immature permanent teeth were randomly divided into two groups:the concentration growth factors treatment group(CGF group,n=20)and the blood clot treatment group(BC group,n=20).The patients were followed up for 9～13 months after operation.The clinical symptoms and root development of the affected teeth before and after treatment were evaluated by clinical examination and X-ray examination,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After opera-tion,there was no teeth to be extracted in CGF group and BC group,the clinical survival rate was 100%,the apical foramen was reduced(P>0.05),and the root length was increased.The increase of root length in CGF group was better than that in BC group(P<0.05).During the follow-up,some teeth were found to be positive in electrical activity test,including CGF group(3/20)and BC group(2/20).There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion:CGF can be used as a scaffold to promote the continuous development of root when the apical blood is insufficient.关键词
