ZnWO4/BiOCl异质结材料的制备及其光催化性能研究

Abstract
The development of high-performance photocatalysts is of great research significance for the degradation of antibiotic pollutants.ZnWO4/BiOCl heterojunction materials were prepared using a simple water bath method,and their crystal structure,microstructure,surface chemical state and photoelectro-chemical properties of the samples were systematically characterized.The degradation performance of pho-tocatalytic materials with different composite ratios was studied using tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)as the target pollutant.The results showed that when the molar ratio of BiOCl to ZnWO4 was 10∶3,Zn-WO4/BiOCl exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity,with a degradation ratio of 79.67%for TCH after 60 min of visible light irradiation.The efficient photocatalytic performance of this composite material is due to the formation of Z-scheme heterojunction,which promotes the separation efficiency of photo gener-ated electron-hole pairs.The free radical capture experiment showed that·O2-,·OH and h+are the main active species involved in the degradation of TCH.关键词
