Analysis of influencing factors for puncture site bleeding after anterograde puncture interventional therapy for lower extremity arterial ischemic disease

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors for puncture site bleeding after anterograde puncture lower extremity angioplasty.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients who underwent anterograde puncture lower extremity angioplasty due to lower extremity arterial ischemia from January 2022 to December 2024 were retrospectively screened.According to the postoperative bleeding at the puncture site,they were divided into the bleeding group(n=16)and the non-bleeding group(n=110).Univariate comparative analysis between groups was initially conducted to screen out potential related risk factors,and then a multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent risk factors for puncture site bleeding.Results The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that assistance in turning over after the operation,and the application of anticoagulant drugs after the operation were independent risk factors for puncture site bleeding after anterograde puncture lower extremity angioplasty(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the immobilization time of the affected limb≥24 h after the operation was the protective factor for puncture site bleeding(P<0.01).Conclusion Perioperative management can affect the probability of puncture site bleeding after anterograde puncture lower extremity angioplasty.The prolonged immobilization time of the affected limb after the operation,reducing postoperative turning and the application of anticoagulant drugs after operation may,to a certain extent,reduce the bleeding risk at the puncture site after anterograde puncture lower extremity angioplasty.关键词
