假体植入结合乳房悬吊术分期矫治小乳症伴乳房下垂的效果观察
Observation on the effect of prosthesis implantation combined with breast suspension surgery in the staged correction of micromastia with breast ptosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of prosthesis implantation combined with breast suspension surgery in the staged correction of micromastia with breast ptosis.Methods A total of 76 patients with micromastia and breast ptosis admitted from June 2019 to July 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=38)and the control group(n=38)by random number table method.The observation group was treated with staged correction of primary prosthesis implantation followed by secondary breast suspension surgery,and the control group was given simultaneous treatment of prosthesis implantation and breast suspension surgery.The clinical efficacy,complications,breast status satisfaction,quality of life and breast morphological indexes[breast-breast distance,horizontal distance from nipple to the fourth intercostal space of midclavicular line,distance from nipple to midline,distance from nipple to the lowest point of inferior plica]before and after operation were compared between the two groups at 3 months after operation.Results At 3 months after operation,there was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after operation,breast-breast distance,horizontal distance from nipple to the fourth intercostal space of midclavicular line,distance from nipple to midline,distance from nipple to the lowest point of inferior plica were improved,as compared with those before operation(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after operation,there was no significant difference in breast morphology,improvement of breast ptosis,breast softness and total satisfaction of nipple and areola sensation between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after operation,the physical health dimension score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,showing significant significance(P<0.01).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both simultaneous and staged surgeries,including prosthesis implantation and breast suspension surgery,have the same correction effect on patients with micromastia and breast ptosis,and can significantly improve breast morphology,but staged surgery has fewer complications and fewer effects on the patient's physical state.关键词
