Abstract
In a bid to verify the feasibility of using rock salt as roadbed filler in arid areas,different construction techniques were used to fill the test section for comparison.The result shows that,the two-lay,two-roll paving process results in slightly higher compaction and integrity of the rock salt filler than two-lay,one-roll moulding.For indications of spring and frost boiling caused by the thin salt crust in arid areas,artificial rock salt can be used to fill the roadbed,and the gravel layer is filled above the rock salt to buffer the deformation.The standard section is edged with gravel layer,and the composite geotextile is used as a fault to keep the low water content of rock salt.The filling process should be controlled by two layers of loose laying,two smothering and two rolling to ensure compactness and integrity.In order to meet the crushing requirements for particle size of rock salt filler,sheep horn milling can be used for crushing construction.关键词
