露天煤矿智能化建设条件分类评价体系研究
Research on classified evaluation system for conditions of intelligent construction of open-pit coal mines

Abstract
The intelligent construction of open-pit coal mines is an important path to achieve high-quality development in the coal in-dustry.However,during the promotion process,the existing evaluation methods are difficult to adapt to open-pit coal mines under various conditions,resulting in the increasingly prominent contradiction between standardized construction and differentiated imple-mentation.Guided by national policies and combined with the"pyramid-shaped"structural characteristics of open-pit coal mines production capacity in China,a classification evaluation system covering three dimensions,basic conditions,construction necessity,and implementation difficulty,was established.This system includes 19 key indicators such as production scale,number of workers per shift in the pit,the complexity of geological conditions in mining face slope,hydrogeological conditions,remaining service life,and mining process type.The intelligent construction conditions of open-pit coal mines are classified into three levels:Class I(high-level intelligent demonstration),Class II(promoted application of mature technologies),and Class III(practical follow-up).The weights of the indicators were determined using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to provide quantitative support for the classi-fication evaluation.Based on the evaluation results,differentiated construction strategies were proposed:Class I coal mines should focus on the demonstration application of advanced intelligent technologies;Class II coal mines should vigorously promote mature technologies and achieve intelligent coverage of key links;Class III coal mines should be oriented towards practicality and gradually promote intelligent construction in accordance with their own needs.This system effectively addresses the issues that traditional evaluation methods fail to consider,such as scale differences,regional characteristics,and development stages.It provides policy makers with a scientific decision-making tool that allows for"tailoring measures to local conditions and implementing differentiated poli-cies",facilitating the advancement of intelligent construction in open-pit coal mines from pilot demonstrations to full-scale implementation.关键词
