Innovative Contributions of Xi Jinping's Key Discourse on National Land Greening
摘要
Abstract
The fundamental reason that China's national land greening practices in the new era have achieved historic transformation and accomplishments lies in the scientific guidance provided by Xi Jinping's important discourse on national land greening.This important discourse highlights the unique perspective of"innovative contributions",embodies the foundational logic of its intrinsic evolutionary innovation,and conveys its principal innovative connotations,thereby demonstrating the empowering force of its innovative practice.The foundation of its innovative logic is reflected in the spiritual thread moving from"nature's retaliation"to"nature's feedback",the root logic progressing from"caring for nature"to"honoring the green mountains",and the continuity logic evolving from"greening the motherland"to"building a beautiful China".Its principal innovative connotations lie in strategic considerations based on the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature,focusing on the mission and responsibility for the development of human civilization,emphasizing institutional guarantees for ecological civilization,reflecting the fundamental requirement of serving the people through ecology,and adhering to a systems thinking approach that follows the ecological chain.As a result,it demonstrates epoch-making empowering force in innovative practice by providing scientific guidance for leading cadres at all levels to take the lead and set an example,consolidating a solid natural ecological foundation for advancing Chinese-style modernization,fostering a shared understanding of the value of forest and grassland vegetation to enhance people's ecological well-being,and jointly planning,constructing,and sharing a beautiful Earth home.关键词
