New Quality Productivity:A New Paradigm of Productive Forces for Ecological Civilization
摘要
Abstract
The assertion that"new quality productive forces are themselves green productive forces"highlights the ecological"newness"of these forces,whose ecological connotations are manifested in the transformation of three structural elements:the object of labor expands from"finite material entities"to"infinite new-type objects";the means of labor shift from high-energy-consuming"large machine systems"to eco-oriented"digital and intelligent tools";and the laborers transform from"producers of material goods"to"high-level practitioners of ecological civilization".Philosophically,new quality productive forces signify a new form of productivity characterized by harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,realizing three major paradigm shifts:from"extractive practices"to"adaptive practice",from"traditional anthropocentrism"to"ecological symbiosis",and from"hegemonic growth"to"shared well-being".Promoting the green development of new quality productive forces requires achieving systematic breakthroughs in green technological innovation through technological drives,establishing a new paradigm of"ecology-economy-society"coordinated development in theoretical cognition,advancing the phased development of traditional and emerging green industries in industrial practice,and building institutional frameworks and governance mechanisms that incentivize green development in production relations.关键词
