Mechanism and Pathways for New Quality Productivity to Empower the Development of Digital Ecological Civilization
摘要
Abstract
Building a digital ecological civilization characterized by green intelligence is the concrete manifestation,in the ecological domain,of creating a new form of human civilization through Chinese-style modernization.As an advanced form of productive forces that integrates digital characteristics with ecological connotations,new quality productivity provides the fundamental driving power for the construction of a digital ecological civilization.On the one hand,new quality productive forces are themselves green productive forces.The ecological value and normative dimension contained in it call for overcoming the ecological deficiencies of capitalist machine-based industrial production and bridging the"rift"in material metabolism between humans and nature;on the other hand,the digital upgrading of the means of labor and the digital transformation of the labor process driven by new quality productivity provide digital power for the rational regulation of material exchanges between humans and nature and for the realization of ecological value norms.Based on this,we should properly grasp the inherent tension between the digital transformation and the ecological value norms of new quality productivity,strengthen the top-level design of digital ecological civilization,and rationally play the social transformation role of digital power and its ecological effects.By promoting the synergistic development of digitalization and green industry to build green and intelligent industrial forms,and by cultivating new types of workers through integrated education that meet the requirements of new quality productivity,we can advance the construction of digital ecological civilization more effectively.关键词
