Abstract
In order to promote the consumption of new energy in the new power system and give full play to the complementary benefits of wind,photovoltaic and storage,it is of great significance to study collaborative planning of wind,photovoltaic and storage.In this paper,first considering the uncertainty and correlation of wind and photovoltaic power output,reduce the scenarios based on the Scenario-Based Reduction(SBR)algorithm to obtain typical operating scenarios.Secondly,taking into account both the economy and security of the system comprehensively,a multi-objective planning model is established.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the multiple-objective model is transformed into single objective for solutions,and the evaluation index of carbon reduction benefit is established.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed planning method is verified through a case study of a transmission network in a certain supply area in Wenzhou.Compared to the planning model that does not consider the correlation between wind and solar power,the wind-photovoltaic-storage coordinated planning model proposed in this paper can reduce the system's annual investment and operational costs by 90.565 27 million yuan,increase carbon reduction benefits by 89.79 thousand tons,and improve the annual renewable energy consumption rate by 0.64%.关键词
