摘要

Abstract

With the continuous increasing proportion of new energy,the Multiple Renewable Energy Stations Short Circuit Ratio(MRSCR)has gradually become a critical indicator constraining power grid security.By analyzing key influencing factors and mechanisms of MRSCR,the results demonstrate that both the initial voltage of the power grid and nearby new energy output exert varying degrees of impact on MRSCR and transient stability.This paper explores practical approaches to enhance MRSCR from multiple perspectives including grid planning and construction,production and operation.It is proposed that MRSCR should be served as a reference index for new energy site selection and line selection,specialized MRSCR computational analysis should be conducted,and MRSCR should be used to estimate grid strength and predict renewable energy consumption capacity.Taking the recent grid planning framework of Inner Mongolian power system as an example,based on the principle of power differentiation control,new energy output optimization measures that meet MRSCR safety constraints should be formulated to provide innovative solutions for releasing renewable energy generation capacity.
